Ceremonial Cacao Ritual
Drinking ceremonial cacao opens your heart, making it easier to access your feelings & release something you might want to let go of.
Preparing your cacao is the start of the sacred process. Maybe pop on some meditaiton music, set intentions, breath in love - breath out love.
- Gently warm 200ml of milk or water in a pan.
- Add 15g-25g of chopped or grated cacao.
- Stir until it melts. Take your time.
- Serve in your favourite cup.
- Sweeten to taste with Agave Nectar, Raw Honey, Sweet Freedom (optional).
Sit, be still, breath, meditate and listen to your internal guidance.
